Swartberg Eco Explore reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which event we will endeavor to make satisfactory alternative arrangements on your behalf, failing which the entire payment will be refunded without any obligation on the part of the company.

Insurance:
It is recommended that guests have adequate insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of luggage and loss of deposit through cancellation. Swartberg Eco Explore and there Partners, nor any person acting through or on their behalf, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in respect of person or property arising from any cause. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, accident, injury or death, nor for any extra expense incurred as a result thereof.
